1st Annual Intern Tour - West

28 Interns and Students toured 6 Member Facilities.

Our Inaugural Tour was a huge success! Interns from Farmingdale State College, Planting Fields Arboretum and Bayard Cutting Arboretum toured four member facilities including:

  • Wonderland Tree Care & Landscapes

  • Emil Kreye & Son

  • Hicks Nurseries

  • Atlantic Nurseries, Dix Hills

This exposed them to many segments of the greater horticultural community. The eastern end of Long Island will be represented in a separate tour. This will surely become a yearly event.
